Meet Our Team

  • Madonna Gott

    OWNER/ FOUNDER

Madonna, the owner of Connect + Flow Pomona, has over 25 years of Pilates experience. She is a certified nutrition coach and qualified Mat, Reformer, and Barre instructor. Madonna is a movement optimist, helping her clients to restore faith in their bodies, overcome barriers to movement and recover from injury.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Madonna originally trained in the Pilates Method in the early 90's when Pilates was becoming more recognised in Australia. Having trained in the original Joseph Pilates method, she still considers her teaching classical with respect to the traditional exercises and sequences but with a distinct contemporary focus.

Madonna's passion for Pilates has inspired her to create Connect + Flow Pilates Studio, where she has built a vibrant and supportive community of clients. Her studio is a truly welcoming and inclusive environment, where clients can explore the transformative benefits of movement and discover their own unique strengths and abilities.

Madonna's dedication to her clients and love of Pilates is evident, both in her studio and within her local community.

  • Lenka Bujnakova

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Lenka first discovered Yoga in Bali around ten years ago when she embarked on a journey to find the deepest connection with her inner self. Upon arriving in Canggu, where all the Yoga magic was happening, it was love at first sight.

A couple of weeks later, she moved to Australia and immediately began practicing Yoga, discovering a profound connection with herself through her regular practice. Since then, her passion for exploration and personal growth within her practice has never waned.

Her interest in meditation blossomed around the same time, and she now practices daily, which brings balance and calmness to her life. As a dedicated Yoga teacher who completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she chose to continue her journey by exploring various yoga styles.

She is currently on the path to completing her 300-hour training and has also taken Yin, Meridian, Restorative, and Meditation courses to deepen her education and enhance her teachings.

  • Gianni Valenti

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Gianni has taught Yogic asana, breathwork (Pranayama), meditation (Pratyahara), and ancient philosophy for over 2 years and has served as an assistant yoga teacher trainer in 2024.

The saying goes "Everything on the mat is a metaphor for life", and Gianni aligns his teachings to these words by emphasising the modern day applications of ancient Yogic techniques.

By the end of each class, Gianni's mission is to leave you with practical methods, wisdom or insight that you can apply off the mat and in your daily life.

  • Ruby Condon

    YOGA + MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Yoga for Ruby is not about aesthetics — it is an opportunity to move beyond comparison into an experience that is deeply personal and embodied. Through Ruby’s classes she invites students to connect with the subtleties of the body that often go unnoticed in the rhythm of daily life.

Her Vinyasa training and mentorship has had a strong focus on alignment — her classes explore how minor adjustments and cues can create entirely different experiences within the body.

Ruby’s extensive Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine training make her Yin classes both deeply felt, and educational. Where possible, she likes to sprinkle in the ‘why’ of certain practices — offering insight into breath work, acupressure and five element theory — to arm students with tools they can carry with them.

Above all, Ruby’s approach centres on deep presence — guiding students to feel, notice and fully inhabit each moment of the practice, and beyond.
